Local temple responds to anti-semitic graffiti in Lansing
The nation-wide onslaught of anti-semitic threats found its way into Tompkins County where the words “f— jews” and defaced Stars of David were found etched into playground equipment in Lansing. Local jews at the New Reformed Temple in Lansing invited members to their regular Friday Sabbath service where the tone was largely welcoming. I caught up with temple leader and local business owner, Anne Bros to discuss her feelings on the matter.
